The event is cancelled or postponed by us, or

You request a refund within 7 days of purchasing your ticket and at least 14 days before the event date.

Please note: All approved refunds will exclude any transaction processing, banking, or service fees charged by third-party payment providers (e.g., Yoco). These fees are non-refundable as they are retained by the payment processor and not Hangout Co.
Transfers:

Can’t make it anymore? No problem — you may transfer your ticket to a friend. Just notify us with their details so we can update the guest list.
Timing:

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
We want everyone to feel clear about the process, so the focus stays on what matters most — showing up, connecting, and having fun.

Refunds or replacements are only offered if your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect and the issue is a result of our error.

We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by couriers, third-party handlers, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos so we can assist as quickly as possible.

Because all items are handmade and made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or small variations in colour or design.
Processing Time:

Third-Party Fees:

Our goal is to make sure every customer feels looked after and every order brings a little joy.
Digital Products Refund Policy:

All digital product sales are final.

Because our items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any digital downloads or templates.
Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. If you experience any technical issues accessing your files, we’re happy to assist.
Programmes/Courses Refund Policy:
All programme fees are payable upfront to secure a learner’s place in the cohort.
Due to the limited cohort size and the nature of the programme, fees are non-refundable once the programme has commenced.
If a cancellation is made before the programme start date, a partial refund may be considered at Hangout Co’s discretion.
Hangout Co reserves the right to make decisions regarding refunds on a case-by-case basis.
No refunds will be issued for:
• missed sessions
• lack of participation
• technical issues on the participant’s side
Hangout Co is committed to maintaining a respectful and productive learning environment for all participants. Learners are expected to adhere to the programme’s code of conduct at all times.
In cases of repeated disruptive, inappropriate, or non-compliant behaviour, Hangout Co reserves the right to remove a learner from the programme.
Where a learner is removed due to behavioural or conduct-related issues, no refund will be issued.
In the unlikely event that Hangout Co cancels the programme, a full refund will be provided.
