Refund Policy

At Hangout Co., we keep things simple and fair.

Hangout Co. Events:

Refunds:

  • Refunds are only issued if:

    1. The event is cancelled or postponed by us, or

    2. You request a refund within 7 days of purchasing your ticket and at least 14 days before the event date.

  • Please note: All approved refunds will exclude any transaction processing, banking, or service fees charged by third-party payment providers (e.g., Yoco). These fees are non-refundable as they are retained by the payment processor and not Hangout Co.

Transfers:

  • Can’t make it anymore? No problem — you may transfer your ticket to a friend. Just notify us with their details so we can update the guest list.

Timing:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

We want everyone to feel clear about the process, so the focus stays on what matters most — showing up, connecting, and having fun.

Refunds & Replacements:

  • Refunds or replacements are only offered if your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect and the issue is a result of our error.

  • We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by couriers, third-party handlers, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

  • Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos so we can assist as quickly as possible.

Returns:

  • Because all items are handmade and made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or small variations in colour or design.

Processing Time:

  • Approved refunds or replacements are handled within 5 to 10 business days.

Third-Party Fees:

  • Transaction or service fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable.

Our goal is to make sure every customer feels looked after and every order brings a little joy.
