Hangout Co. Events:

When you grab a ticket or join a Hangout Co. event, here’s what you’re agreeing to:

Tickets – All sales depend on availability.
Changes – Sometimes we may need to tweak small details (like venue or time), but we’ll always give you a heads-up.
Refunds – Our Refund Policy applies (see Refund Policy page).
Safety & Belongings – You’re responsible for yourself and your belongings. We can’t take responsibility for lost items or personal injury unless it’s directly due to our negligence.
Respect – We’re big on good vibes and safe spaces. Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in removal without a refund.

Our goal is simple: keep things fun, respectful, and memorable for everyone.

Hangout Co. Studio:

When you purchase from Hangout Co. Studio, here’s what applies:

Availability:

All items are subject to availability. Some are limited edition and made in small batches, so once they’re gone, they may not be restocked.

Payment:

Full payment is required at checkout. We currently accept card payments through Yoco. Other payment methods such as EFT may be arranged on request. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Orders & Shipping:

Each product is handmade and made to order. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for your order to be created and 2 to 4 working days for delivery, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

Delivery & Delays:

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or other factors outside our control. We will always communicate any issues and assist you where we can.

Refunds & Returns:

Design Variations:

Because each product is handmade, slight variations in design, colour, or finish may occur. This adds to the uniqueness of every item.

Respect & Conduct:

We aim to maintain a positive, supportive environment for all customers and creators connected to Hangout Co. Studio. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if necessary in cases of disrespectful or harmful conduct.

Design Rights:

All products under Hangout Co. Studio are designed and created by us, using a mix of original artwork and licensed graphics. Certain graphics or elements are licensed from third-party providers (e.g., Canva) and used in accordance with their licensing agreements. Products are not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party brands or franchises.
